Trouble Placing my Order
Why is my item total zero when I checkout?
Like most other Web stores, Bright Minds requires a moderate level of security and privacy settings to operate properly. If you have trouble placing orders, JavaScript may be turned off because your security settings are too high. To use this site you must set your browser security settings to Default or Medium.
To check your security settings:
In Internet Explorer, go to Tools --> Internet Options. Click the Security tab and set to Default level of Medium security. Click the privacy tab and set your privacy settings to Default or Medium.
In Netscape, go to Edit --> Preferences. In this Category column, double-click Privacy & Security. Click on Cookies, select Enable cookies based on privacy settings and click View. Click the Privacy tab and set your privacy settings to Default or Medium.
Why does the "Page Not Found" error occur after clicking the Add to Cart button?
Refer to answer above. Your browser security settings are most likely too high.
